Amour 24 Hair Salon and Spa Policies

  Cancellation Policy and Late Fees

  • Cancellations without notice (“no shows”) or with insufficient notice (less than 24 hours) may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.  You will receive an invoice from our Square Processing System for the amount.  If the fee is not paid within 1 week, your account for booking appointments will be frozen until you pay the fee.  In the event you do not show up for three appointments within a one year period, you will need to reserve future appointments with a credit card that will be automatically charged if you miss your appointment.  We understand that life happens so to avoid any fees all we ask for you to do is please text or call, email, or contact us on social media to let us know as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.
  • In the event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full.  Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment and may result in up to a $25 fee.
  • All stylists at Amour 24 are independent business owners and these fees are at the discretion of each stylist.

Retail Policy

  • If we recommend a product, it is because we genuinely think it will make a difference with the hair goals you are trying to achieve, but sometimes the hair does not agree with that product and we need to find you a different one.
  • If you purchase a product at Amour 24 and you are unhappy with it, please bring it back and we may exchange it for a different product that may suit your needs better.
  • Amour 24 does not issue refunds on products.  If returned within 7 days, we may exchange the product(s) for you if substantially unused or if returned unused we can also issue you a gift card, if desired.

Re-do Service Policy

  • Our goal is to build a strong relationship with you and your hair.  Sometimes it takes a few visits to get to know the integrity of your hair and how to achieve your desired look and feel.  This is why we do not give refunds on services.
  • Your color re-do is valid for up to 10 days after your service(s) were performed.  However, if you or another stylist alters your hair within this time frame, the complimentary re-do will become void.
  • In order to qualify for a re-do, you must invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner.  Different shampoos and conditioners have different pH levels and we can not guarantee our services unless you are using the products we know will help keep your hair healthy and lock in the color.
  • If you are in the middle of a color correction and there is box color present in the hair, this will not qualify for a re-do.  As discussed in your consultation, box color is unpredictable.  It usually takes several sessions to get you to your hair goal when fighting through metallic dye.
  • All stylists at Amour 24 are independent business owners and this re-do policy is at the discretion of each stylist.
