Late Fees & Non-Cancellations
In the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment and may result in a $25 fee.
Non-cancellations or no shows may be charged a $25 fee. In the event you miss three appointments within a years time, you will need to reserve future appointments with a credit card that may be charged if you miss your appointment.
If you would like to be able to reserve and change appointments, please use our online booking system at your convenience. You can also reach us by using the contact information listed at the top of this page.
No Refunds
We have pride in making sure we communicate what is realistic for your first session. Some "goals" may take multiple sessions to save the integrity of your hair.
Consultations are always complimentary. During your consult, we will discuss how many sessions you should be expecting and how much money it will cost so there are no surprises. We know how important your hair is to you and want you to LOVE it.
There are no refunds for any service provided at Amour 24 Hair Salon and Spa. We want you to enjoy your service from start to finish and if for some reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to make adjustments within 10 days of service (you will be charged a product fee).
If you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair, you will not be eligible for an adjustment and will be charged as a color correction.
If you do not invest in the recommended color safe products you may be subject to paying as a color correction.
If you have a previous box color on your hair, you will not qualify for an adjustment but will be charged fairly. The sessions required will be discussed in your consultation along with pricing for each step along the way since each box of color reacts differently in each case.
