Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel appointments.  

Clients who do not cancel 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service total to be paid before scheduling any future services.  

If you are running more than 15 minutes late then your service will most likely need to be rescheduled.  Clients who miss their appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.  

No shows will result in  a fee of 100% of the service total.  Any future appointments will require payment at the time of booking.

*Life can be unpredictable.  In case of emergencies, illnesses, etc the fee will be waived.
